1. Resistant to mixed fuel:
Fluorosilicone FMVQ and FKM FKM have the best resistance to mixed fuel oils. Acrylate rubber has the worst resistance to mixed fuels. The hybrid fuel resistance of NBR improves as the acrylonitrile content increases. Fluorine rubber with high fluorine content has good stability to mixed fuel.

2. Fuel resistance:
Fluorine rubber FKM and fluorosilicone rubber FMVQ have the best resistance to fuel oil. The neoprene and chlorinated polyethylene rubbers have the worst fuel resistance. The oil resistance of NBR improves with increasing acrylonitrile content. Chlorohydrin rubber is better than motorcycle rubber parts.
3. Acid resistance oxidation oil:
For acid oxidizing fuels, hydroperoxides in acid oxidizing fuels can deteriorate the properties of the vulcanizates. Therefore, butadiene rubber, a chlorohydrin rubber commonly used in fuel systems, is difficult to satisfy long-term use requirements. Only fluoroelastomers such as fluoroelastomer FKM, fluorosilicone rubber FMVQ, fluorinated phosphorus phthalocyanine and hydrogenated nitrile rubber have good properties. Ordinary NBR rubber compounds cannot work long hours in 125-degree acid gasoline. Only NBR, which is activated by cadmium oxide, low-sulphur-sulphur bodies and white carbon black as the main raw materials, can achieve better sour gasoline resistance. Increasing the acrylonitrile content can reduce the permeability of sour gasoline.
4. Resistance to mineral oil:
NBR is a commonly used mineral oil resistant rubber. The mineral oil resistance of NBR improves with increasing acrylonitrile content. However, the high acrylonitrile content of NBR has limited heat resistance. When the oil temperature reaches 150 degrees, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber FKM, fluorine silicone rubber FMVQ and acrylic rubber should be used. When the oil temperature reaches 150 degrees, fluororubber FKM and fluorosilicone rubber FMVQ work best. However, the cost is high. In order to reduce the cost, 50% or less of acrylate rubber can be incorporated into the fluororubber FKM, and the performance of the vulcanized rubber after use is reduced by no more than 20%. Acrylate rubber is superior to nitrile rubber and acrylic rubber rubber acrylate rubber heat resistance oil, better than butyl acrylate rubber.
